A House with History
This impressive two-storey building on Dublin Street was the Postmaster's House, next door to Kildare's old post office. In a world without radio, phones or internet, the post and mail coaches were the town's link to the rest of the country.
Today it provides comfortable guest accommodation for The Silken Thomas, just a short stroll from Market Square. All rooms are en-suite.
